“My weight loss resulted from life circumstances,” Blanchard explained in her caption.
She elaborated, “I’m not holding back… After being released two years ago, my lifestyle underwent significant changes. I moved from consuming commissary junk food to enjoying home-cooked meals and trying new foods,” she shared, also noting that her weight loss occurred without any gym workouts.
“I don’t maintain a workout routine (though I’d like one), I don’t restrict my diet, and I don’t use GLP-1. I wasn’t actively trying to lose weight… my whole life simply transformed and adapted to freedom,” Blanchard expressed with enthusiasm.
The author of the My Time to Stand memoir has embraced her life after prison.
In 2024, she rekindled her romance with her fiancé, Urker, following her filing for divorce from Ryan Anderson, whom she had married in July 2022 while still incarcerated.
Blanchard and Urker welcomed their daughter, Aurora, on December 28, 2024.
