Halsey’s recent tour was nothing short of spectacular, with the singer impressively performing a different setlist every night. She shared, “I think by the end we had performed almost 70 different songs. I got to surprise each crowd with an old hit, or a new deep cut. I even played two new unreleased songs, ‘Carry the Weight’ and ‘Lucid,’ that I wrote while I was on the tour. It was just so electric and exciting every single night.”
To complement the dynamic performances, Halsey wowed the audience with a variety of stage looks that matched the flamboyant spirit of the show. Teaming up with stylist Lyn Alyson, the star curated a series of outfits that embodied different moods and characters throughout the concert. The designs were surreal and entirely fantasy-filled, incorporating classic silhouettes from iconic designers while also showcasing new talent. Halsey explained, “I wanted to incorporate classic silhouettes from iconic designers, but also bring some new talent to the stage as well.”
One of the standout outfits featured edgy, fetish-inspired looks from Zana Bayne, ethereal and dreamy frocks from Selkie, and structured, corseted pieces by Vivienne Westwood. Halsey shared her admiration for Vivienne Westwood, stating, “I have a long relationship with Vivienne Westwood, and her designs and spirit have always felt quintessentially me. I knew we’d use a Vivienne silhouette for the witchy section of the show.” Additionally, Halsey donned a sweet blue Anna Sui babydoll dress as an homage to “Alice in Wonderland,” noting, “I knew I’d need a babydoll dress that was perfectly cute and toylike to establish the ‘Alice in Wonderland’ theme.”
The visually captivating stage looks, combined with the diverse setlist, created a truly immersive experience for fans attending Halsey’s tour. The singer’s attention to detail in both her performances and wardrobe choices showcased her creativity and passion for delivering an unforgettable show. With each night bringing something new and exciting, Halsey’s tour was a testament to her artistry and dedication to providing fans with a memorable concert experience.
