What to Expect During the 2025 Medicare Enrollment Season
In just four weeks, Medicare beneficiaries will have the opportunity to enroll in coverage for the year 2025. For the approximately 34 million individuals currently enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan, significant changes are on the horizon, making the process as complex as ever, as reported by my colleague Tara Bannow.
Major insurers such as CVS Health and Humana have been vocal about their plans to scale back offerings in the Medicare Advantage space in order to boost profits. This decision comes as a surprise to an industry that has been actively working to increase Medicare Advantage participation over the past decade.
