Heather Dubrow, known for her role on “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” recently expressed her support for her friends, Josh and Heather Altman, as they announced their departure from “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.” In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly at the 6th Annual Vanderpump Dog Foundation Gala, Heather Dubrow emphasized the importance of prioritizing family above all else.

The decision by Josh, 45, and Heather Altman, 39, to leave the show after its 15th season was driven by their desire to start a new chapter in life and focus on their family, which includes their children Lexi, 7, and Ace, 5. The Dubrows, who share four children of their own, have a close friendship with the Altmans and even had their eldest son, Nick, intern at the Altman Brothers office.

Heather Dubrow fondly recalled how Nick, inspired by Josh Altman, decided to pursue a real estate license and intern at the Altman Brothers office. She shared a humorous anecdote about Nick’s experience with the production team of “Million Dollar Listing,” where Josh had to intervene to stop the crew from mansplaining to Nick, who had been on TV since he was 5.

Having joined “RHOC” in season 7 and later returning for season 16, Heather Dubrow reflected on the show’s past season and hinted at a potential season 19. While she acknowledged the audience’s enjoyment of the show, she expressed a desire to see new faces added to the mix for future seasons.

During the hiatus of “RHOC,” the Dubrows attended the 6th Annual Vanderpump Dog Foundation Gala to show their support for Lisa Vanderpump and her nonprofit organization. Heather praised Lisa for her dedication to animal welfare and emphasized the importance of adopting pets rather than shopping for them.

In conclusion, Heather Dubrow’s unwavering support for her friends, the Altmans, and her commitment to family values shine through in her recent statements. As she looks towards the future of “RHOC,” she remains open to new opportunities and fresh faces on the show. With her positive outlook and genuine friendships, Heather Dubrow continues to be a beloved figure in the reality TV world. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we live our lives in ways we could never have imagined. From social distancing measures to mask mandates, our daily routines have been upended in an effort to slow the spread of the virus. One of the most significant changes we have seen is the shift to remote work for many employees.

Remote work, once seen as a luxury for a select few, has now become the norm for millions of workers around the world. Companies that once resisted the idea of allowing employees to work from home have had to quickly adapt to this new reality in order to keep their businesses running.

While remote work has its benefits, such as eliminating long commutes and providing a more flexible schedule, it also comes with its own set of challenges. Many employees have found it difficult to separate their work life from their personal life when they are working from home. Without a physical boundary between the two, it can be easy to find yourself working late into the night or on weekends.

Another challenge of remote work is the lack of social interaction with colleagues. Many employees miss the camaraderie of the office environment and the impromptu conversations that can spark new ideas. Zoom meetings and Slack messages can only go so far in replacing face-to-face interactions.

Despite these challenges, many employees have found that they are more productive when working from home. Without the distractions of the office, they are able to focus on their work and complete tasks more efficiently. Additionally, the flexibility of remote work allows employees to better balance their work and personal lives, leading to increased job satisfaction.

As we look to the future, it is clear that remote work is here to stay. Companies have realized that employees can be just as productive, if not more so, when working from home. This shift has also opened up new opportunities for companies to hire talent from around the world, rather than being limited to a specific geographic location.

However, it is important for companies to continue to support their remote employees and address the challenges that come with working from home. This may include providing resources for mental health support, creating virtual team-building activities, and establishing guidelines for work hours to prevent burnout.

Overall, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced us to rethink the way we work and has accelerated the adoption of remote work. While there are challenges to overcome, the benefits of remote work are clear and will likely shape the future of work for years to come.
