Heather Rae El Moussa has been on a journey to improve her gut health, and the results are showing in her toned abs. The 37-year-old former Selling Sunset star took to Instagram to share her transformation, revealing that she struggled with bloating after having her baby.

In a before-and-after photo, Heather showed her softer and bloated belly compared to her tighter and toned stomach post-transformation. She credited healing her gut with changing everything for her, emphasizing the importance of gut health in overall well-being.

To achieve her toned abdomen, Heather shared her routine, which includes taking two Rest PM Gut Cleanse pills every evening. She also mentioned taking a probiotic and electrolytes with her water in the morning, along with daily walks with her son Tristan to improve digestion.

Heather and her husband Tarek El Moussa swear by the Gut Cleanse supplement, and she also emphasized the importance of limiting gluten and soy in her diet. Additionally, she works out with her trainer Paulina Hefferan four days a week, focusing on strength training, core exercises, and Pilates sculpt.

Paulina Hefferan highlighted Heather’s petite frame and the importance of adding muscle and calories to her diet. Despite previously fearing carbs, Heather now includes them in her diet regularly. Her fitness plan consists of lots of weights and minimal cardio, tailored to her body and goals.

Heather works out three to four times a week, adjusting her routine based on her schedule. As a vegan, she focuses on increasing her protein intake without relying on soy, opting for fresh foods like lentils, beans, and quinoa. She also enjoys matcha as a coffee alternative and limits processed foods in her diet.

The world of technology is constantly evolving, with new innovations and advancements being made every day. From smartphones to artificial intelligence, there is no shortage of exciting developments in the tech industry. One area that has seen significant growth in recent years is the field of virtual reality (VR).

Virtual reality is a technology that allows users to immerse themselves in a computer-generated environment. By wearing a VR headset, users can experience a sense of presence in a digital world, interacting with objects and characters as if they were real. This technology has applications in a wide range of industries, from entertainment to healthcare to education.

One of the most exciting developments in the world of VR is the emergence of standalone VR headsets. These devices do not require a separate computer or console to operate, making them more accessible and user-friendly than traditional VR systems. Standalone headsets are equipped with all the necessary hardware and software to run VR applications, making them a convenient option for consumers looking to experience virtual reality without the need for additional equipment.

Another trend in the world of VR is the increasing focus on social experiences. Virtual reality has the potential to bring people together in new and exciting ways, allowing them to interact with each other in immersive digital environments. Social VR applications are becoming increasingly popular, with platforms like Facebook Horizon and VRChat offering users the opportunity to connect with friends and strangers from around the world in virtual spaces.

In addition to entertainment and social applications, virtual reality is also being used in healthcare to treat a variety of conditions. VR therapy has been shown to be effective in treating phobias, PTSD, and chronic pain, among other conditions. By immersing patients in virtual environments, therapists are able to create controlled, immersive experiences that help patients confront and manage their symptoms.

Education is another field that is benefiting from the use of virtual reality technology. VR can transport students to historical events, distant planets, or microscopic worlds, allowing them to explore and learn in ways that were previously impossible. Virtual reality has the potential to revolutionize the way we teach and learn, making education more engaging and interactive for students of all ages.

As virtual reality technology continues to evolve, the possibilities are endless. From immersive gaming experiences to transformative healthcare applications to innovative educational tools, VR has the potential to revolutionize the way we live, work, and play. The future of virtual reality is bright, and we can expect to see even more exciting developments in the years to come.
