A horrific tale has emerged in Manhattan where a sex worker allegedly drugged and murdered three men, using fentanyl to incapacitate them before robbing their belongings, according to prosecutors.

Tabitha Bundrick, 38, has been accused of executing a “calculated” and “callous” series of crimes that targeted at least four individuals in upper Manhattan. The manhattan District Attorney’s Office reported that she allegedly stole their phones, sneakers, garments, and cash.

Bundrick was already in custody facing federal charges after pleading guilty in August to related drug distribution charges associated with this series of offenses. Now, she faces three counts of murder at the state level along with additional charges.

Bundrick is now charged with three counts of murder.

“Let it be clear to anyone who thinks they can evade justice by drugging and robbing unsuspecting individuals: we, in collaboration with law enforcement, will find and prosecute such actions,” stated Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

The deadly actions of the escort reportedly began on April 30, 2023, when she lured 42-year-old Mario Paullan and his friend to her apartment under the pretense of exchanging cash for sex, as described by Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Dafna Yoran during the arraignment process.

Bundrick allegedly offered the victims what she presented as cocaine, according to Yoran.

“She was aggressively encouraging them to consume these substances, despite one victim claiming he had never used drugs before,” Yoran recounted. “She urged him to take the drugs again and again.”

Tragically, Paullan was found dead at the scene. His companion awoke next to his friend’s lifeless body in an empty apartment, as detailed by the prosecutor.

“The sole memory of the surviving victim is of snorting once,” she explained. “Then he finds himself alone in the apartment with his friend lying still.”

Months later, on an unspecified date, Bundrick met Miguel Navez, 39. The pair returned to his Washington Heights apartment, where she allegedly administered fentanyl-laced drugs to him, according to the DA’s office.

A few days post their encounter, Navez’s brother discovered him deceased with his pants around his ankles, with many of his personal items missing.

On February 25, 2024, she reportedly executed a similar scheme with Abrihan Fernandez in his upper Manhattan apartment.

Prosecutors allege she was caught on surveillance footage entering and leaving the building with several “large laundry bags,” which included four pairs of sneakers.

Bundrick was arrested on March 5, initially on robbery charges alone.

Her attorney, public defender Eric Burse, argued that his client is “not the heartless individual or methodical murderer that prosecutors are portraying her as.”

Burse described Bundrick as someone who has dealt with significant trauma and adversity throughout her life, noting she is mentally ill and a survivor of childhood sexual abuse.

Wearing a tan prison outfit, Bundrick was remanded to Rikers Island, where she is serving a 13-year sentence related to federal drug charges.

Bragg emphasized that the alleged actions of Bundrick were “extremely calculated,” urging potential other victims to come forward.

“This shocking behavior has reportedly resulted in three fatalities,” he added.

If convicted on the new charges, Bundrick faces a sentence of 25 years to life.
