Violent Machete Fight Erupts in Leeds Street in Broad Daylight
A shocking video has captured the terrifying moment when three masked teenage thugs clashed in an English street, wielding 24-inch machetes and engaging in a violent brawl in broad daylight.
The chilling footage, recorded by a startled motorist, shows one hooded assailant in black repeatedly attacking another teen with a large blade before the pair spirals into a violent tussle with a third brawler in the middle of the road around 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 8 in Leeds.
The three attackers, their faces concealed by masks, are seen wildly swinging their machetes at each other before dashing around in a frantic circle. Two of them then run toward an electric bike lying on Kirkstall Hill street, while the other charges back at the third assailant, viciously attacking him with the weapon.
Nigel Himsworth, a 52-year-old dad from South Yorkshire, witnessed the violent skirmish while heading home from a soccer match with his son. The brawl lasted for about 10 minutes, leaving Himsworth and his son shocked and disturbed.
“It made me feel sick to the bone, it was brutal,” Himsworth said, emphasizing the lawlessness of the situation. “I’ve never seen a weapon so big in my life, they were huge. Fights like these shouldn’t be happening in broad daylight.”

Police arrived at the scene after the suspected assailants fled on electric bikes. An 18-year-old, who sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries during the brawl, was arrested and charged with threatening a person with a blade in a public space. The teen is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
The incident highlights the growing concerns of violence on the streets and the need for stricter law enforcement measures to ensure public safety.
