Gaga stunned in a custom bias-pleated sky blue gown by designer Raul López, adorned with a red hibiscus flower as a nod to Puerto Rico. Her makeup, done by longtime collaborators Sarah Tanno and Frederic Aspiras, featured her signature bleached brows and glossy lips, possibly from her own makeup line Haus Labs.
