Sources close to Ferguson reveal that she is giving serious thought to moving into the converted cattle shed and using it as a dedicated writing retreat. However, there is also speculation about the possibility of Ferguson relocating to Portugal, where her other daughter, Princess Eugenie, 35, owns a lavish $4.2 million mansion in the CostaTerra Golf and Ocean Club.
