"Might Makes Right" is the second mission in Fallout 76’s Burning Springs series, and it involves completing a series of challenging Tests of Might. These challenges will only appear after you have completed the "Welcoming Committee" mission, so you can’t jump ahead and complete them early. To start this mission, you must head to Highway Town and speak to Runt.
Runt will inform you that in order to prove your worth to the Rust King, you must complete a set of Tests of Might. These challenges can vary in difficulty depending on your gameplay style.
When you speak to Runt, you will receive a list of challenges in the Burning Springs section of the game’s challenges. You must complete three of the following options to progress:
- Kill and Cook a Radhog Alpha x2
- Kill an Ogua x1
- Complete a Grunt Hunt x1
- Cripple Limbs x15
- Kill Using Explosive Weapons x5
For an easier completion, consider choosing "Complete a Grunt Hunt," "Cripple Limbs," and "Kill Using Explosive Weapons." Grunt Hunts are straightforward bounty hunting tasks, while crippling limbs and using explosive weapons can be achieved with the help of VATs and fragmentation grenades.
Radhog Alphas can be found near the Honey Well Apiary, making them a viable option for one of the challenges. After completing the Tests of Might, you will need to move on to the Tests of Dominance, which are more challenging and require additional effort.
Here are the Test of Dominance options:
- Complete a Head Hunt x1
- Get Critical Hits in VATS x30
- Kill Legendary Enemies x5
- Kill using Fire Damage x15
- Kill Rust Raiders x30
- Kill a Deathclaw using its weak spot x1
Personal preference plays a significant role in selecting these challenges. Focus on tasks like "Head Hunt," "Critical Hits," "Legendary Enemies," "Fire Damage," and "Rust Raiders." Fire Damage can be easily accomplished by using a flamethrower in an early-game area.
Once you have completed these challenges and proven your worth, you can progress in the Burning Springs storyline. Stay tuned for more Fallout 76 guides and features on Sportskeeda.
