On August 5, the company revealed its Q2 2025 earnings, boasting adjusted EPS of $5.10, surpassing the consensus estimate of $4.49, and recording revenues of $3.16 billion, outpacing expectations of $3.12 billion, as noted by Benzinga.

“Thanks to our robust performance this year, we are revising upward our 2025 enterprise outlook. We now anticipate Adjusted earnings per share to grow nearly 10%, and an Adjusted EBITDA increase in the mid- to high single digits, both excluding reportable catastrophes. Additionally, we expect to return $250 to $300 million in share repurchases, at the higher end of our 2025 guidance, reflecting our strong capital status and business performance,” stated CEO Keith Demmings.

To earn $100 per month — totaling $1,200 annually — from Assurant dividends, you would need to invest approximately $83,333, which means buying around 374 shares at $223.04 each.

Understanding dividend yield calculations: To estimate, two primary variables are needed: the desired annual income ($1,200) and the dividend yield (1.44%). Thus, $1,200 / 0.0144 = $83,333 to achieve an income of $100 monthly.

The dividend yield is derived by dividing the annual dividend payments by the current stock price.

Dividend yields can fluctuate over time due to variations in stock prices and dividend payments on an ongoing basis.
