The death certificate also reveals details such as Hulk’s date and place of death, birthday, birthplace, race, education, marital status, widow’s name, and parents’ names, providing a poignant reminder of his life.

On July 24, Hulk Hogan was rushed to the hospital in Clearwater, FL, after a 911 call reported “cardiac arrest” at his residence.
Despite efforts by paramedics and medical professionals, Hogan was pronounced dead at a local hospital shortly after 11 AM.
The official cause of Hulk’s death was a heart attack, with medical records indicating a history of atrial fibrillation and a diagnosis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).
