Hulk Hogan’s Funeral Plans Spark Controversy Among Inner Circle
Hogan, 71, tragically passed away from cardiac arrest on Thursday, July 24, at his Clearwater Beach, Florida, home, as confirmed by Clearwater police. After a 911 call at 9.51 am, emergency responders rushed him to Morton Plant Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Authorities have ruled out foul play in his death. His longtime manager, Linda Bose, 58, expressed deep sorrow, stating: “Unfortunately, we must confirm that Terry Bollea, aka Hulk Hogan, passed away this morning. We are heartbroken. He was such a great human being and friend.”
However, the discussion over funeral arrangements quickly turned into a heated debate within Hogan’s inner circle. Sources close to the family revealed that there is a divide on how to best honor the legendary wrestler’s larger-than-life persona.
While some advocate for a traditional black suit burial, in line with conventional funeral practices, others argue that it would go against Hogan’s flamboyant image and the fans who adored him in his iconic red-and-yellow gear. They believe that laying him to rest in anything other than his signature spandex would be a disservice to his legacy.
