Rudy Giuliani Reflects on Hillary Clinton’s 2016 Collapse
On September 11, 2016, Hillary Clinton experienced a dramatic collapse at Ground Zero in New York City, an event that continues to resonate in political discourse.
As the situation unfolded, Clinton’s aides rushed to assist her, reportedly handling her like “a side of beef” as they helped her into her van, a moment that has been sharply critiqued.
In the chaos, she even lost a shoe, adding a surreal twist to the incident.

Clinton’s team attributed her fainting spell to the weather, yet on that day, the temperature was a comfortable 75 degrees Fahrenheit in New York City. Critics quickly pointed out the discrepancy.

Later that day, Clinton’s campaign released a statement from her physician, revealing that she had been diagnosed with pneumonia, which contributed to her collapse. The doctor noted, “Secretary Clinton has been experiencing a cough related to allergies. On Friday, during follow-up evaluation of her prolonged cough, she was diagnosed with pneumonia. She was put on antibiotics and advised to rest and modify her schedule. While at this morning’s event, she became overheated and dehydrated. I have just examined her, and she is now re-hydrated and recovering nicely.”
Subsequently, Hillary was seen leaving her daughter Chelsea’s apartment shortly after the incident.
However, allegations surfaced suggesting that Clinton may have misled the media about her health. In a particularly striking moment, she embraced a young girl, raising concerns about the potential risks of exposure to her pneumonia.

Rudy Giuliani, the former mayor of New York City, has since claimed that sources within the NYPD informed him that Clinton appeared unsteady in the weeks leading up to her collapse.
“I predicted it!” Giuliani asserted, noting that Clinton had been exhibiting unusual behavior in the final two weeks of the campaign. He further alleged that police officers were sharing concerns about her health, suggesting a lack of support from law enforcement.
“[Hillary] went to her daughter’s apartment so they could get a phony doctor to come in and say, ‘oh, she’s okay,’” he alleged. “I do think she was sick too because she had some sort of infection that had been observable for about a week.”
“We always had people following her — they had people following us!” he added, painting a picture of a campaign fraught with scrutiny and speculation.
