NBA champion Iman Shumpert and Amber Rose were recently spotted hanging out together in Miami, enjoying the sun and sand in their swimsuits. However, despite any speculation, sources tell TMZ Sports that their day out was just a friendly gathering and nothing more.
The former Cleveland Cavaliers guard and the model/personality were seen relaxing on beach chairs, smoking what appeared to be cigarettes as they chatted by the water. Rose looked stunning in a black halterneck suit, while Shumpert rocked light-colored trunks for the occasion.
Although many may assume there is something more than friendship between the two, insiders insist that they are simply good friends catching up. Shumpert and Rose previously appeared on BET’s “College Hill: Celebrity Edition” in 2022 and have remained close ever since.
While a romantic connection between them would make sense, especially considering Shumpert’s recent divorce from wife Teyana Taylor, it seems their relationship is purely platonic. In fact, Rose’s only current political involvement is her support for former President Donald Trump, whom she campaigned for at the Republican National Convention in July.
