An individual who claims to be a hip-hop influencer has been accused of using an abandoned mansion in the Pacific Palisades to lure and sexually assault multiple women, as reported by authorities.
Clinton Adams is facing charges of 3 counts of forcible rape related to incidents that allegedly took place on Jun. 29, Aug. 7, and Aug. 8. He is also charged with assault.
According to law enforcement sources, Adams convinced the women that he owned the house, leading them to the property where the assaults occurred.
The mansion had been vacated by its owners due to smoke damage prior to the alleged incidents.
Adams, a social media influencer known as “Clintnlord” with nearly 400 thousand followers on Instagram, is accused of unlawfully entering the property and claiming ownership.
LAPD Detective Brett Hopkins stated, “The homeowners did not authorize him to be in their home. He was transient at the time of his arrest.”
Authorities have released Adams’ photo in an effort to encourage other potential victims, whom they believe exist, to come forward.
On his Instagram page, Adams shares images of his attendance at various music industry events and shirtless performances. Music videos for his tracks “Anarchy” and “Dirty Dancing” can be found on his YouTube channel.
Since his arrest on November 19th, Adams has been in custody.
