Graphic Injuries of Alleged Stabbing Victim Revealed

The individual accused of stabbing Mark Sanchez — claimed to be in self-defense — suffers from severe injuries, with new images revealing the full extent of his wounds.
Max Lewis, a journalist from FOX59 in Indianapolis, shared photos depicting the injured man who was quickly taken to the hospital following the altercation early Saturday.
Lewis uploaded the photos on Facebook, revealing shocking details—a large, bloody gash across the man’s cheek. The neck brace he is wearing is soaked in blood.
According to Lewis, the man’s relatives provided the image, although they requested that he refrain from disclosing their identities.
ML reported that the injured man is 69 years old, with his family stating he was “cut during the fight, leading to a wound that punctured his cheek and affected his tongue.” He is currently facing challenges in speaking, as noted by Lewis.
As previously mentioned, Sanchez was taken into custody at the hospital after the incident in Indianapolis where he was stabbed.
Prosecutors have charged Sanchez with battery causing injury, public intoxication, and unlawful entry into a vehicle.
Sanchez was in town for color commentary during the Colts and Raiders game, but has since been replaced by former Cleveland Browns first-round draft pick Brady Quinn for the broadcast.
