Coral Tree Partners, on the other hand, is a private equity firm specializing in investing in lower middle-market companies within the media, entertainment, and communication sectors. The deal was facilitated by advisory firms Houlihan Lokey and Sheppard Mullin for Innovative Artists Entertainment, while Coral Tree was advised by Kirkland & Ellis.
