Leida Margaretha and Eric Rosenbrook, stars of the popular reality TV show “90 Day Fiancé,” are reportedly facing financial difficulties and legal troubles. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on March 11, the couple filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy on December 26, 2025. Chapter 13 bankruptcy allows debtors to pay off their debts over three to five years through a court-approved financial plan, providing some legal protection against foreclosure and creditor harassment.
In their bankruptcy filing, Margaretha and Rosenbrook listed assets and liabilities between $100,000 and $500,000, with $351,680 in debts. They reported owning properties worth $346,796.80, with a monthly income of $7,210.01 and monthly expenses of $5,261. Their expenses include $850 for food and $125 for tobacco. Additionally, they listed personal possessions such as household goods, electronics, clothing, jewelry, and guns and weapons accessories.
The couple also disclosed owning cars worth $85,594, including a Chevy Suburban, an Audi A6, and a Corvette Stingray. At the time of filing, they had $1,547.80 in their checking account. However, they had fallen behind on their monthly payments to the court trustee, risking the dismissal of their payment plan. Rosenbrook’s employment termination was cited as the reason for the delinquency, but he is expected to return to work soon.
Margaretha is currently facing 24 felony charges in Wisconsin, including wire fraud, forgery, and theft. She appeared in court recently and was prohibited from contacting a business she allegedly defrauded. Margaretha’s attorney, Taylor Hart, stated that the charges are related to old conduct from 2023 and 2024, which were previously dismissed, and she intends to contest them again.
In addition to their financial troubles, Rosenbrook and Margaretha are under investigation for the death of their daughter, Alisa, in July 2025. The initial assessment by the Adams County Health and Human Services Department indicated that the baby’s death was “non-accidental,” citing evidence of physical abuse by the mother. While no criminal charges have been filed yet, the investigation is ongoing.
Rosenbrook confirmed hiring a private medical examiner to dispute the autopsy results, claiming that the original autopsy was performed improperly. Margaretha’s attorney echoed his sentiments, stating that she denies all allegations of wrongdoing and would never harm her child.
“90 Day Fiancé” viewers followed Rosenbrook and Margaretha’s love story on the show, from their meeting on a dating website to Margaretha’s move to Wisconsin and their marriage in July 2018. The couple’s financial and legal challenges continue to unfold, with the bankruptcy case and investigation into their daughter’s death ongoing. The world of technology is constantly evolving and changing, with new innovations and advancements being made every day. One of the most exciting developments in recent years is the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. AI has the potential to revolutionize industries and change the way we live and work.
AI is a branch of computer science that focuses on creating intelligent machines that can perform tasks that typically require human intelligence, such as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, and language translation. These machines are able to learn from data, adapt to new situations, and improve over time.
One of the key areas where AI is making a significant impact is in the field of healthcare. AI-powered tools and technologies are being used to improve patient care, streamline administrative processes, and enhance medical research. For example, AI algorithms can analyze medical imaging scans to detect diseases like cancer at an early stage, leading to better treatment outcomes. AI can also help doctors make more accurate diagnoses and create personalized treatment plans for patients.
In the business world, AI is being used to automate repetitive tasks, improve customer service, and optimize operations. Chatbots powered by AI are being used by companies to provide instant customer support and handle simple inquiries, freeing up human agents to focus on more complex issues. AI algorithms are also being used to analyze large amounts of data and identify trends and patterns that can help businesses make better decisions and improve their bottom line.
AI is also being used to enhance the way we interact with technology in our daily lives. Virtual assistants like Siri, Google Assistant, and Alexa are powered by AI technology and can help us with tasks like setting reminders, answering questions, and controlling smart home devices. AI is also being used in autonomous vehicles to improve safety and efficiency on the roads.
While AI has the potential to bring about many benefits, there are also concerns about the ethical implications of this technology. Questions have been raised about issues like data privacy, bias in AI algorithms, and the potential for job displacement as more tasks are automated by AI. It will be important for policymakers, technologists, and society as a whole to address these challenges and ensure that AI is used in a responsible and ethical manner.
Overall, the rise of AI technology is reshaping the world in profound ways. From healthcare to business to everyday life, AI has the potential to revolutionize industries and improve the way we live and work. As AI continues to advance and evolve, it will be exciting to see how this technology continues to transform our world for the better.
