At a press conference held on March 27, Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek announced the arrest of Woods. He faces charges of DUI, property damage, and refusal to comply with a lawful test following a high-speed rollover car accident in Florida.
Woods was held for eight hours before being released on bond, as stipulated by Florida law.
A report indicates that Vanessa confronted her boyfriend with a harsh ultimatum and a profane outburst after his release from custody.
“She’s not happy at all. She’s both disappointed and a little bit p—–, if I’m being honest,” an insider revealed. “It’s a clear warning sign, and she told him to address this issue. She’s demanding he get things under control or she won’t stay.”
The insider described Vanessa as a “concerned girlfriend” who is setting boundaries and urging him to “get his s— together, like right now.” Woods is reportedly “very apologetic” and eager to correct his errors.
“He’s embarrassed, he’s mortified at all this,” the source shared. “And this is really humiliating for it to happen again. And Vanessa is embarrassed, too. All her friends are like, ‘Girl, what the h—?'”
Despite this recent challenge in their relationship, Vanessa reportedly remains “happy” with the renowned athlete and fully supports his golfing pursuits, as golf remains a central part of Tiger’s life despite his age and injuries.
The source elaborated, “She has her hands full sometimes, but Vanessa also has a life of her own and children to care for, so she isn’t around it all the time. She is happy with him, and any issues they have are not about her.
“It’s dealing with his frustrations about playing great golf and his pain that, at times, is really confining.”
