Armed Intruder Shot Dead After Breaching Security at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago
An armed intruder was shot dead after breaching security at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida. The incident occurred just days after Trump praised Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh as his “new hero” following a ruling that blocked his tariff powers.
Trump took to his social media platform, Truth Social, to express his admiration for Kavanaugh and other conservative Supreme Court justices who supported his policies. In a post, he wrote, “My new hero is United States Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and, of course, Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito. There is no doubt in anyone’s mind that they want to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
Following the Supreme Court ruling that blocked Trump’s tariff powers in a 6-3 decision, he criticized the justices who voted against his policies. Trump vowed to implement new tariffs and “take in even more money than we were taking in before.”
The ruling included Chief Justice John Roberts and Trump’s own appointees, Neil Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett. Trump expressed frustration with the justices he appointed, noting that they do not always vote in his favor.
Shortly after the ruling, Trump reiterated his commitment to enforcing new tariffs and criticized the justices he did not appoint. He vowed to continue his efforts to protect American interests and implement policies that benefit the country.
The incident at Mar-a-Lago serves as a reminder of the security risks faced by high-profile individuals like Trump. Despite the shooting, Trump remains steadfast in his support for conservative justices and his determination to implement policies that he believes will benefit the country.
