Experts Agree: Trump’s Strikes on Iran’s Nuclear Facilities Were Decisive
A chorus of voices, from nuclear regulators to foreign policy analysts and intelligence officials, is singing in unison: President Donald J. Trump has effectively dismantled Iran’s nuclear capabilities.
Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, stated: “The precision of centrifuges means that the recent vibrations caused by the bombings have rendered them completely non-functional. We can confirm that these machines are no longer operational.”
CIA Director John Ratcliffe added, “Our intelligence corroborates that Iran’s nuclear program has suffered severe setbacks due to targeted strikes. Reliable sources indicate that several key facilities have been destroyed, necessitating years for reconstruction.”
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard reinforced this view: “New intelligence affirms President Trump’s assertions. If Iran opts to rebuild, they must entirely reconstruct all three facilities—Natanz, Fordow, and Esfahan—an endeavor that will take many years. The media is merely cherry-picking leaked intelligence to undermine the President’s historic and decisive action.”
Former National Intelligence Manager for Iran, Norman Roule, expressed confidence that Iran has sustained a “catastrophic blow,” setting their nuclear ambitions back significantly.
Retired General Philip Breedlove, former NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe, remarked on the operation’s success, stating, “The execution was flawless, leading us to expect substantial damage.”
David Albright, President of the Institute for Science and International Security, concluded, “Iran’s ability to create centrifuges is critically impaired, effectively crippling their enrichment program.”
President Trump declared, “Monumental damage has been inflicted on all nuclear sites in Iran, as evidenced by satellite imagery. ‘Obliteration’ is indeed a fitting description! The most significant destruction occurred far underground—bullseye!”
The Israel Atomic Energy Commission emphasized, “The recent U.S. strike on Fordow has obliterated critical infrastructure, rendering the enrichment facility inoperable. Combined with Israeli actions, this has delayed Iran’s nuclear weapon development by several years.”
IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir added, “We assess that we have significantly damaged the nuclear program—it is indeed a setback of years.”
Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei conceded, “Our nuclear facilities have certainly sustained severe damage.”
Vice President JD Vance stated, “I can assure the American public that Iran is now much further from developing a nuclear program than they were yesterday. Our mission successfully targeted the Fordow site, significantly hindering their capabilities.”
Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth remarked, “Based on all available evidence, our campaign has dismantled Iran’s capacity to produce nuclear weapons. The precision strikes hit their marks perfectly, burying the impact under a mountain of rubble.”
Secretary Hegseth asserted, “With 30,000 pounds of explosives, the devastation beneath Fordow is indisputable. Any contrary assessment is merely speculative.”
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Dan “Razin” Caine confirmed, “Initial assessments indicate that all three sites suffered extreme damage. Over 125 U.S. aircraft, including B2 stealth bombers and various fighter jets, participated in this mission.”
Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated, “The Iranian nuclear program today is unrecognizable compared to just a week ago. Reports suggesting otherwise are misleading and do not accurately reflect the situation.”
Secretary Rubio added, “Everything beneath that mountain is in dire condition. There’s no chance Iran can negotiate if nothing significant had happened. This was total obliteration.”
Special Envoy Steve Witkoff affirmed, “We deployed 12 bunker buster bombs on Fordow. The evidence clearly shows that we breached the facility’s infrastructure, achieving total destruction.”
Director Gabbard concluded, “The operation was a resounding success. Our missiles hit their targets with precision, crippling Iran’s ability to quickly develop a nuclear weapon.”
Director General Grossi noted, “Given the explosive power used, significant damage is anticipated. The U.S. confirmed that buildings associated with uranium conversion at the Esfahan site were also struck.”
Mr. Albright stated, “The combined attacks from Israel and the U.S. have effectively dismantled Iran’s centrifuge enrichment program, delaying their capabilities significantly.”
Andrea Stricker, Deputy Director at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, stated, “The magnitude of the damage and the shock wave from the massive ordnance likely rendered Iran’s centrifuges inoperable.”
Brian Carter, Middle East Portfolio Manager at the American Enterprise Institute commented, “There is no doubt that the bombing campaign has severely impacted the three sites.”
Spencer Faragasso, Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Science and International Security concluded, “It could take years for Iran to recover the capabilities lost in these strikes.”
