Exciting Detective Series “Borderline” to Premiere on Roku Channel
Lionsgate Television’s detective series “Borderline” is set to make its U.S. debut on the Roku Channel on September 1st. The show follows the story of detective inspector Philip Boyd from North Ireland who is teamed up with his counterpart from the Republic of Ireland, detective inspector Aoife Regan, to solve brutal cases along the border.
Starring Eoin Macken as Philip and Amy De Bhrun as Aoife, with Lochlann O’Mearáin also in the cast, the series offers a unique blend of mystery and drama. Created and written by John Forte, with Robert Quinn directing, “Borderline” promises to keep viewers on the edge of their seats.
Macken, known for his roles in “Resident Evil: The Final Chapter,” “La Brea,” and “Nightflyers,” brings his talent to the screen once again. De Bhrun, recognized for her work in “Line of Duty” and “Jason Bourne,” delivers a captivating performance alongside Macken.
