Axon Enterprise Inc. (AXON) is a leading technology provider in global public safety, serving law enforcement, military, and civilians. With a market cap of $60.5 billion, the company operates through two segments, Software and Sensors, and TASER. As a large-cap stock, Axon Enterprise is known for its TASER energy weapons, body-worn cameras, digital evidence management systems, and AI-powered software available on its cloud-based Axon Cloud platform.

AXON stock has experienced some fluctuations, with a 3.6% decline from its 52-week high of $806.64. However, over the past three months, the stock has surged by 40.1%, outperforming the broader Nasdaq Composite, which saw a 9.6% increase during the same period. In the long term, AXON stock has shown impressive growth, up 30.8% year-to-date and 161.7% over the past 52 weeks, compared to NASX’s 1.1% and 9.3% gains, respectively.

Despite some fluctuations, AXON stock has consistently traded above its 50-day and 200-day moving averages since last year. The company’s strong performance was evident in its Q1 2025 results, where it posted record quarterly revenue of $603.6 million, up 31.3% year-over-year. This performance was driven by growth in Software & Services, robust adoption of TASER 10 and Axon Body 4, and increasing demand for platform sensors. Adjusted EPS came in at $1.41, a 22.6% increase from the previous year and above consensus estimates.

Encouraged by its momentum, Axon Enterprise raised its full-year 2025 revenue guidance to a range of $2.6 billion to $2.7 billion, up from its previous projection. In comparison to its rival L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (LHX), AXON stock has outperformed, with LHX stock lagging behind with a 13.7% increase over the past 52 weeks.
