No Crime in Buying Stuff for GFs!!!
Feds Must Have More Evidence

Jason Oppenheim is speaking out against the recent allegations made by federal prosecutors against Sean “Diddy” Combs, stating that the indictment seems to suggest that it is illegal for men to shower their significant others with expensive gifts.

During Friday’s “TMZ Live” show, where he was a co-host, the “Selling Sunset” star expressed his doubts about the case against the music mogul. He specifically questioned the prosecutors’ claim that Diddy provided financial support to three women for their living expenses and offered them career opportunities.

Oppenheim suggested that the prosecutors are essentially “criminalizing half of the relationships in Hollywood” by targeting wealthy men who typically indulge their partners with luxurious gifts. He believes that if the allegations regarding financial support are the main basis of the case, then it seems quite weak.

Diddy’s legal team has also raised similar concerns in response to the recent filings.

Furthermore, federal prosecutors have accused Diddy of transporting the women mentioned in the indictment to partake in illegal activities.

While such claims could significantly impact the case, Oppenheim argues that there is nothing inherently wrong if a wealthy individual chooses to spoil their partner with gifts like fancy dinners, cars, or designer items.

It is possible that the U.S. attorneys in the Southern District of New York have additional evidence that has not been disclosed yet, considering their history of successful prosecutions in high-profile cases.

Diddy’s trial is scheduled to commence on May 5, providing more clarity on the situation in the near future.
