MJ Inspired ‘Egg-Shaped Penis’ Depo

Jeffrey Epstein‘s connection to Michael Jackson took an unexpected turn when attorney Spencer Kuvin questioned Epstein about his alleged “egg-shaped penis” during a deposition in 2009, drawing inspiration from a famous MJ trial.
Kuvin revealed that the prosecutor in Michael Jackson’s child-sex trial intended to present graphic photos of splotches on MJ’s penis to help an alleged abuse victim identify the skin discoloration known as vitiligo. This tactic inspired Kuvin to inquire about Epstein’s anatomy in a civil lawsuit filed by his underage accusers.
Kuvin’s strategy was to request a medical examination of Epstein’s genitalia to compare with the victim’s description, aiming to prove Epstein’s inappropriate behavior. Unfortunately, the lawsuit was settled before this step could be taken.
By questioning Epstein about his “egg-shaped penis,” Kuvin aimed to provoke a response that could potentially incriminate Epstein. During the deposition, Epstein chose to plead the fifth amendment, refusing to answer numerous questions.
Epstein’s deposition became even more controversial when he was questioned about the sex toys found in his home, including a vibrator, a large purple dildo, and peach massage oil. Epstein remained silent and invoked the fifth amendment during this line of questioning as well.
Before the examination motion could be filed, Epstein settled the lawsuit, avoiding further scrutiny. Despite storming out of the initial deposition, Epstein was compelled to participate in a second session where Kuvin continued to press him on sensitive topics.
Despite Epstein’s untimely death in 2019 while in federal custody, his legal battles continue to capture public attention. Recent developments include the release of his controversial emails and Congress passing a bill demanding the disclosure of the Epstein Files by the Justice Department.
