Jenelle Evans, known for her role in Teen Mom, recently took to social media to call out members of her family after reports surfaced about her son Jace allegedly pulling a gun on his grandmother, Barbara Evans. The 34-year-old reality star expressed her disappointment, stating, “Whoever thought the enemy is my own mother, sad AF. And to think the empathy I had for her all these months because of her health.”
Continuing her social media messages, Jenelle also referenced her sister, Ashleigh Evans, in her posts. She called her sister out for not having custody of her son and advised her followers to take Ashleigh’s words with skepticism. Jenelle then concluded her messages by expressing her frustration, saying, “Imagine you being the toxic one, cut you off to protect myself and my kids, then all hell breaks loose. That seems to be the common theme amongst everyone lately in my life.”
Reports from TMZ indicated that Jenelle’s 16-year-old son, Jace, had been admitted to a mental health facility after allegedly pulling a gun on Barbara while under the influence of drugs and alcohol. In response to the incident, a representative for Jenelle requested privacy for the family as they focus on their well-being and time together.
Jenelle’s sister, Ashleigh, also addressed the situation on social media, denying the allegations and calling them lies. She defended her nephew, stating that he did not pull a firearm on his grandmother or himself and that the police did not find a gun in their mother’s house.
Jenelle has three children, including Jace, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Andrew Lewis, Kaiser Orion with ex-boyfriend Nathan Griffith, and Ensley Jolie with estranged husband David Eason.
The incident involving Jace has sparked controversy and discussions among fans and followers of the reality star. Despite the family drama, Jenelle and her loved ones are navigating through this challenging time, seeking privacy and understanding from the public.
