Jennifer Lopez Poses Naked in Bathtub Ahead of 57th Birthday

Jennifer Lopez is kicking off her birthday celebrations a bit early.

On Sunday, July 19, the Office Romance actress shared highlights from a recent trip with her sister, Lynda Lopez, on Instagram to commemorate both of their birthdays. Lynda celebrated her 55th on June 14, and Jennifer is set to turn 57 on July 24.

The Instagram carousel featured images and videos of the sisters at events such as Wimbledon in London and Dolce and Gabbana’s Alta Moda fashion show in Sicily this month. Among the more personal photos, Jennifer, 56, included a snapshot of herself and Lynda enjoying dessert in a luxury hotel bathroom, with Jennifer relaxing in a bathtub.

“A double birthday sister trip is always a good idea!! I love you Lynnie!! Happy birthday!!” she wrote in the post’s caption.

A short video in the carousel also showed Jennifer and Lynda enjoying a birthday dinner, where they each received a cake to mark the occasion.

In addition to Lynda, Jennifer has an older sister named Leslie, who is 58.

The “On the Floor” singer spoke about her upbringing and her strong connection with Lynda during her remarks at Variety’s Power of Women event in 2014. Jennifer reminisced about being pregnant with her twins, Max and Emme, now 18, at the same time as Lynda was expecting.

“During that time we started talking every day, sometimes staying up until the wee hours of the night discussing how having children would change our lives and what we were going to do,” she shared. “It was just like when we were kids, sharing a bedroom in the Bronx — sharing a bed in the Bronx with our other sister, all three of us — talking about our hopes and dreams.”

Jennifer, who co-parents Max and Emme with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, recently celebrated the twins’ high school graduation. During a May appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, she expressed how emotional she feels about her children growing up and preparing to attend college.

“Tomorrow, one of them graduates. Don’t talk about it ‘cos we start crying. I’ve been crying for two months,” she remarked.

Despite the sadness of seeing Max and Emme leave home, Jennifer expressed, “I want them to be happy, go where they want to go, and do what they want to do.”

She continued, “I remember being that age and thinking I couldn’t wait to get out in the world and do my thing. I really wanted to get out. All year people have been asking me, ‘Oh, they’re going away to college, is it going to be terrible?’ No, it’s going to be great. I want them to go out there. I want them to do what they want to do. They have big dreams. They have things they want to do. It’s going to be great.”
