Kimmel reassured Hegseth that there’s nothing to be ashamed of, pointing out that many warriors, including actors like Mel Gibson in ‘Braveheart,’ wear makeup. He jokingly mentioned that having a defense secretary who puts on foundation and pomade daily can strike fear in the hearts of enemies.
However, Kimmel suggested that Hegseth might be preparing for a career change. He quipped, “The good news is when he gets booted from the Pentagon, he’ll be able to get a job at Sephora.”
