Little did Steinfeld know that Allen was actually planning to propose to her. The couple, who went Instagram official last month, first sparked romance rumors in May 2023 when they were spotted together in New York City.
Allen, who was a favorite to win the NFL’s MVP award this season, described feeling nervous on the day of the proposal. He set up a romantic scene with roses and candles under an arch at sunset, which left him feeling relieved after Steinfeld said yes.
Reflecting on the special moment, Allen expressed his gratitude for being engaged to someone as special and loving as Steinfeld. He described the experience as “unbelievable” and emphasized how happy he was that she said yes.
