Justin Baldoni’s legal team is not holding back in their response to Blake Lively’s request for an enhanced protective order in their ongoing legal battle. They are accusing Lively of trying to hide crucial evidence from the public, despite her previous public accusations against Baldoni. The lawyers argue that Lively’s move is a bold attempt to keep the public in the dark due to her tarnished image.

In a letter to the judge, Baldoni’s lawyers pointed out Lively’s history of making public accusations against Baldoni. They highlighted a recent skit on “Saturday Night Live: 50th Anniversary Special” in which Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds, joked about her claims of sexual harassment and emotional distress. This, according to Baldoni’s legal team, is evidence of Lively’s willingness to publicly smear Baldoni while trying to keep crucial evidence out of the public eye.

Last week, Lively’s legal team filed a motion claiming that the case involving high-profile individuals and allegations of sexual harassment required extra privacy to protect the parties involved from threats and potential witness tampering. They also argued that identifying the two women from the “It Ends With Us” set would expose them to a dangerous climate of threats, harassment, and intimidation.

As the legal battle between Baldoni and Lively continues, it is clear that both sides are prepared to fight for their version of events to be heard. The public can expect this legal showdown to continue as both camps fiercely defend their positions. Stay tuned for more updates on this ongoing saga.
