Justin Bieber’s recent behavior has raised concerns among legal experts, with one suggesting that he could be placed in a conservatorship if he doesn’t clean up his act soon.

In a recent interview, legal expert Jamie Wright expressed her thoughts on the matter, stating that Bieber’s erratic social media posts, visible signs of impairment, and statements hinting at isolation and emotional instability could warrant the consideration of a conservatorship.

Wright explained, “In California, a conservatorship is a court-ordered plan where a designated person (conservator) is appointed to manage the affairs, personal care, or finances of an adult deemed unable to manage these on their own. This isn’t just about being ‘out of it’ on Instagram. Courts require substantial medical evidence, and the bar is high.”

She also highlighted the heightened scrutiny on conservatorships following the Britney Spears case, with both the public and legal community being more cautious about potential abuses in the system.
