Kevin Federline
Facing His Own Legal Issues …
Amid Britney’s DUI Trouble

Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline is facing legal trouble of his own. He was recently sued by Bank of America for an allegedly unpaid credit card bill, just weeks before Britney’s DUI arrest.
Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal that K-Fed was sued by Bank of America on February 19 in Hawaii.
The bank claims that Kevin owes $12,186.64 on the unpaid bill.
The lawsuit states that Kevin opened his account in December 2024, shortly after Britney’s last child support payment for their sons, Jayden and Sean.
Britney had been paying Kevin $20,000 a month in support for years.
Following Britney’s arrest for driving under the influence in Ventura County, California, she was taken to a hospital and later to jail, where sources say she was emotional during the booking process.
Britney was released the next morning and is scheduled to appear in court in May.
