Former Westchester cop-turned murderous drug dealer Nicholas Tartaglione, who was once Jeffrey Epstein’s cellmate, is reportedly seeking a fresh bid for freedom with the help of influencer Jessica Reed Kraus. Kraus, a former mommy blogger and supporter of Trump, has been in contact with Tartaglione to assist him in overturning his conviction, as per a report by the New Yorker.

During her interview with the magazine, Kraus assured Tartaglione that she could help him receive a pardon from President Trump, who she referred to as the “pardon President.” The influencer, who has over 1.3 million followers on Instagram, stated that she was in communication with around four different inmates for various stories.

Kraus has faced criticism for her controversial statements, including mocking victims of Epstein on her Instagram story. She appeared to trivialize the experiences of the victims by implying that they willingly boarded flights to the island where they were allegedly assaulted. Despite the backlash, Kraus doubled down on her remarks and criticized the #MeToo movement for overlooking “facts and common sense.”

Over the past five years, Kraus has documented the rise of RFK Jr., including his presidential run and subsequent role as Health Secretary in the Trump administration. She praised Kennedy’s work, highlighting his actions such as firing HHS employees, canceling mRNA research related to the Covid vaccine, and appointing anti-vax skeptics to the CDC’s vaccine-advisory panel.

Tartaglione, who is serving four consecutive life sentences for the kidnapping and murder of four men in 2016, has maintained his innocence since his conviction. He claimed during his trial that he ran an animal rescue farm and was not motivated by money.

Despite the serious nature of Tartaglione’s crimes, Kraus has reportedly been in talks with him about a potential presidential pardon. The former cop’s involvement in the investigation into Epstein’s suicide, as well as his connection to high-profile individuals like Kraus and RFK Jr., adds a layer of complexity to his case.

As the situation unfolds, it remains to be seen whether Tartaglione will be successful in his bid for freedom with the support of Kraus and other influencers. The controversial nature of his crimes and the individuals involved in his case continue to generate public interest and scrutiny.
