The Taiwan Creative Content Fest (TCCF) is solidifying its status as an essential venue for global content professionals, as this year’s marketplace fully booked all 112 booths within the first day of registration, featuring a historic turnout of 118 exhibitors for the November event.

Slated for November 4-7 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, the 2025 edition represents a significant development with the introduction of dedicated national pavilions from South Korea and France, along with the first-time involvement of official representation from Thailand, the Philippines, and Hong Kong.

The Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) is presenting a robust lineup at its inaugural Korea Pavilion, featuring significant players such as public broadcasters KBS and MBC, KT Studiogenie, a subsidiary of telecom giant KT, Studio S from media leader SBS, and K-pop expert Kang Contents. Additionally, the Gyeonggi Content Agency, which formalized an agreement with TAICCA (Taiwan Creative Content Agency) in 2024, will showcase content firms and investors from the area.

France is equally committed with its own pavilion, collaboratively coordinated by Institut Français and Business France. The delegation encompasses 10 companies involved in film, animation, and immersive media, including prominent organizations like the Centre national du cinĂ©ma et de l’image animĂ©e (CNC), Bpifrance, and the renowned Series Mania festival, all aiming to foster international collaboration.

Representatives from France, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, and Hong Kong contribute to an international group of 51 exhibitors, complemented by 67 Taiwanese firms engaged across film, television, animation, publishing, comics, performing arts, and gaming.

The Creative Economy Agency of Thailand is making its debut at TCCF in pursuit of collaboration with Taiwanese creators, while the Philippines’ Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions is focused on enhancing the global profile of Filipino content. Hong Kong showcases Regentact, known for Asian content distribution and co-productions, alongside Cheers Media, recognized for its expertise in program distribution.

On the local scene, Taiwan’s Animation & Visual Effects Association is unveiling an Animation & Visual Technologies Zone featuring 14 local animation firms that will exhibit the island’s full range of production capabilities from pre-production to distribution.

A Production Resource Zone will unite film commissions and shooting support centers from eight prominent cities and counties: Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan, Taichung, Nantou, Chiayi, Tainan, and Kaohsiung, aiming to showcase Taiwan’s rich variety of filming sites and production services to international crews.

TAICCA chair Sue Wang remarked that the unprecedented international participation reflects the global industry’s robust interest in Taiwan’s creative content scene, expressing optimism that TCCF will keep propelling exceptional works and creators into the international limelight.
