Kristin Cavallari’s children are making their mark on her new reality show, “Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour,” by openly discussing their opinions on her dating choices. In a recent episode, Cavallari, who shares three kids with ex-husband Jay Cutler, revealed her plans to visit Scottsdale, Arizona to see a baseball player she was interested in. Her sons, Camden and Jaxon, didn’t hold back in sharing their thoughts on the matter.

Camden, the eldest at 12, was curious about the man in question, asking if he was the hockey player they previously discussed. When Cavallari clarified that he was a baseball player, Camden jokingly asked if he was around 27 years old. Cavallari revealed that he was actually 30, to which Jaxon quickly responded, “Oh mom, too young then,” with Camden agreeing.

During a game of “Sip or Spill” on stage with guest Camille Kostek, Cavallari teased the audience about her interactions with two athletes on the dating scene, keeping their identities a secret. She also shared a humorous encounter with a 27-year-old she matched with on a dating app, questioning if she should respond given the age difference.

Despite her foray back into the dating world, Cavallari admitted that her full-time custody of her children leaves her with little time for romance. Reflecting on her single status among her friends, she shared that she values herself more than just being defined by her dating life. She also expressed her desire for a partner who can be her rock and someone she can truly trust, a quality she has only found in her best friend Justin.

While she remains happily single for now, Cavallari revealed that if she had to choose one of her exes to spend the rest of her life with, she would pick her recent ex, Mark Estes. Despite their split due to age difference and long-term potential, Cavallari humorously admitted that she could settle with him for “really good sex” and happiness.

As Cavallari continues on her tour, she remains open to the possibility of finding her perfect match, someone who can provide the support and trust she craves in a relationship. “Honestly Cavallari: The Podcast Tour” airs on E! at 10 p.m. ET, showcasing Cavallari’s journey through dating and self-discovery. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about significant changes in the way we live, work, and interact with one another. From social distancing measures to remote work arrangements, the world as we know it has been irrevocably altered. As we navigate these uncertain times, one thing is clear: the way we approach and prioritize our health and well-being must evolve to meet the challenges of this new normal.

One of the most important aspects of maintaining good health during this pandemic is staying physically active. With gyms and fitness centers closed or operating at limited capacity, many people have had to find alternative ways to exercise. From at-home workouts to outdoor activities like hiking and biking, there are plenty of ways to stay active while adhering to social distancing guidelines. Regular physical activity not only helps to keep our bodies strong and healthy, but it also has the added benefit of boosting our mental well-being, reducing stress, and improving our overall mood.

Another key component of maintaining good health during the pandemic is prioritizing our mental health. The uncertainty and isolation brought about by the pandemic have taken a toll on many people’s mental well-being. It’s important to acknowledge and address any feelings of anxiety, depression, or loneliness that may arise during this time. This could involve seeking support from a therapist or counselor, practicing mindfulness and relaxation techniques, or simply connecting with loved ones through virtual means.

In addition to physical and mental health, it’s also important to prioritize our nutritional health during the pandemic. With many of us spending more time at home and possibly experiencing increased stress, it can be tempting to turn to comfort foods and unhealthy snacks. However, maintaining a balanced and nutritious diet is crucial for supporting our immune systems and overall well-being. Incorporating plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins into our meals can help to keep us healthy and energized during this challenging time.

Lastly, staying informed and following guidelines from health authorities is essential for protecting ourselves and others during the pandemic. This includes wearing masks in public spaces, practicing good hand hygiene, and staying home if we’re feeling unwell. By taking these simple precautions, we can help to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keep ourselves and our communities safe.

In conclusion, navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic requires a holistic approach to health and well-being. By staying physically active, prioritizing our mental health, maintaining a nutritious diet, and following public health guidelines, we can protect ourselves and others during this unprecedented time. As we continue to adapt to the new normal, it’s important to remember that our health is our most valuable asset, and we must do everything we can to safeguard it.
