Lauren Sánchez has faced significant criticism online for her revealing outfits, often deemed unsuitable for various occasions.
Her appearance at Donald Trump’s formal presidential inauguration in January 2025 was particularly eye-catching. She wore a fitted white blazer paired with a deep-cut white lace bra, drawing attention from many, including Meta’s Mark Zuckerberg. Her style choice was harshly criticized and labeled as “trashy” by commentators.
Recently, Sánchez seemed to be seeking fashion advice from experts to revamp her style. She was seen at several Paris Fashion Week events in January, accompanied by Wintour, and dressed in more modest Dior ensembles.
Despite these efforts, her style transformation did not impress some leading fashion editors.
“I encountered her for the first time in person at Dior couture. She resembles a woman you’d see in Las Vegas,” one editor remarked to the New York Post.
“She can wear vintage Dior, but the fit on her body? The manner she carries it? It was impossible not to stare — it was a spectacle akin to a guilty pleasure,” the fashion expert chuckled.
