Aaron Kirman‘s response to Josh Altman‘s claims about people leaving Pacific Palisades is quite different. Kirman believes that most of his clients are determined to rebuild their homes in the aftermath of the wildfires, contradicting Altman’s predictions of a mass exodus from the neighborhood.
After watching Josh Altman’s video where he suggested that more than half of the Palisades residents might leave, Aaron Kirman expressed his disagreement. He mentioned that a significant number of his clients have already contacted him with plans to rebuild, estimating that around 80% of Palisades residents intend to stay and reconstruct their homes.

While acknowledging the challenges of the rebuilding process, Aaron Kirman, like many real estate experts, predicts that it could take up to a decade to fully restore the Palisades area to its former glory.
For those unwilling to wait for the rebuilding process, affluent individuals are considering purchasing properties in areas like Beverly Hills and Santa Monica. However, Aaron Kirman mentions that most of his clients express a desire to return to Pacific Palisades eventually.
Furthermore, some of Kirman’s clients are frustrated with local Los Angeles officials, attributing the tragedy to their lack of preparedness. Personalities like Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have even taken legal action against the city following the loss of their home in the Palisades.
As the debate between Aaron Kirman and Josh Altman continues, the residents of Pacific Palisades are faced with difficult decisions regarding their future plans.
