Multiple Women Allegedly Assaulted in Rogers Park; Suspect Arrested

A 39-year-old male suspect has been charged with the sexual assault of at least five women in the Rogers Park neighborhood on Sunday evening, which reportedly includes three students from Loyola University Chicago, according to court documents.

The first reported incident took place at approximately 7 p.m. in the 1200 block of West Arthur, where the accused allegedly inappropriately touched a 21-year-old woman. Minutes later, the same man reportedly targeted the victim’s roommate, also a 21-year-old student, by sliding his hand across her hip, according to prosecutors.

Following these incidents, the suspect continued his spree toward Sheridan Road, where a 20-year-old Loyola student reported that he fondled her private parts over her clothing in the 6400 block of North Sheridan, escalating the situation further.
