Aurora Tragedy: 19-Year-Old Man Fatally Shoots Himself and Two Others
A devastating incident unfolded in Aurora on Saturday morning, as a 19-year-old man tragically took his own life and the lives of two others, including a toddler. Aurora police have described the situation as an “unknown family incident.”
According to police spokesman Joe Moylan, the 19-year-old was found dead at the scene, while a 1-year-old girl and a 20-year-old woman were rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Sadly, it was later confirmed that the woman and girl had succumbed to their injuries.
The victims will be identified by the Arapahoe County coroner’s office. Additionally, a 44-year-old woman sustained minor injuries and managed to walk away from the tragic scene.
The heartbreaking event occurred in the 10300 block of East Evans Avenue and was reported just before 10:30 a.m., as stated in a police news release.
As of now, the circumstances surrounding the shooting are still under investigation by authorities.
