Man Trips, Falls Underneath Moving Train, Somehow Survives, on Video

A fortunate man in Russia narrowly escaped serious injury after falling under a moving train, and the incident was captured on video.

The dramatic footage from Ulan-Ude in Siberia shows a man disembarking from a light-rail train, walking alongside it, and abruptly falling into the wheel well as the train begins to move away.

After the fall, the man was out of sight momentarily, prompting onlookers to rush over and help free him from underneath the tram.

Remarkably, he emerged from the incident unharmed.

The Ulan-Ude City Transport Committee noted that the man fell in a ‘safe’ area, with his body taking a protective position, and there were no low-hanging components of the train at that location.
