Manchester United faced Tottenham Hotspur in a thrilling Premier League match that ended in a 2-2 draw, with fans singling out Manuel Ugarte for criticism for his performance. The midfielder was blamed for Spurs’ two late goals as United fought to salvage a point in north London.

The game started off slowly, with neither team registering a shot on target in the first half-hour. However, Manchester United broke the deadlock when Bryan Mbeumo headed in a cross from Amad Diallo. Despite Tottenham’s efforts to equalize in the second half, goalkeeper Senne Lemmens kept United in the lead with some crucial saves.

In a dramatic turn of events, Tottenham scored two goals in the closing stages through Mathys Tel and Richarlison. Ugarte, who came on as a substitute, was criticized for his role in both goals, with fans taking to social media to express their disappointment in his performance.

Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim was disappointed with his team’s lack of intensity and bravery in the game, stating that it was their day to win. Despite the draw, Amorim remains confident in his team’s ability to score goals until the last minute.

The result leaves Manchester United temporarily in seventh place in the Premier League table. Fans will be hoping for an improved performance in their next game as they look to climb up the standings.
