Jon Moxley, a prominent figure in AEW, has faced a series of setbacks in recent months, struggling to secure victories against opponents like Kyle O’Reilly, Darby Allin, and Roderick Strong. Despite these challenges, Moxley remains determined to push forward. He recently joined the Continental Classic tournament, but his performance in the competition has been less than stellar.

In his first match of the tournament on Dynamite, Moxley managed to defeat Mascara Dorada. However, in the following week’s episode, he suffered a defeat at the hands of his loyal ally, Claudio Castagnoli. Subsequently, on Collision, IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Konosuke Takeshita emerged victorious over Moxley.

Following these consecutive losses, Marina Shafir, a member of Moxley’s faction, the Death Riders, expressed her support for him by stating that the group constantly battles within themselves. "Every week, we go to war within ourselves #DeathRiders," she affirmed.

In response to his recent loss on AEW Collision to Castagnoli, Moxley surprised fans by maintaining unity within the Death Riders. The faction continued to train together after the match, with Moxley emphasizing that every member would be pleased if any one of them were to win the Continental Classic tournament.

In the latest episode, both Moxley and Castagnoli faced defeat, with the latter losing to Mascara Dorada. Despite the setbacks, both wrestlers were seen regrouping backstage and preparing for their upcoming matches. Moxley remains optimistic about his chances in the tournament, asserting that he still has a shot at victory as the competition is far from over.

"This st ain’t over. Now I know there is not a lot of room for error. I’ve used up all my errors. This st ain’t over, it ain’t over, not by a long shot. There’s a lot of tournament left," Moxley declared.

As the tournament progresses, it will be intriguing to see the fate of the Death Riders and whether PAC, Moxley, or Castagnoli will emerge victorious and claim the Continental Championship. With tensions running high and the competition heating up, fans can expect an intense battle among these formidable competitors.

In conclusion, Jon Moxley’s journey in the Continental Classic tournament is far from over, and his resilience and determination will be put to the test as he vies for victory against formidable opponents. Stay tuned to witness the thrilling conclusion of this high-stakes competition in AEW.
