Mandy Rose was released by WWE in 2022 after losing the NXT Women’s Championship to Roxanne Perez. Since her defeat on December 13, 2022, she has not returned to the ring.
During her career, Rose was also part of WWE’s main roster but did not win a title. She teamed up with Sonya Deville as Fire and Desire, with Paige briefly managing the duo.
Paige made a comeback at WrestleMania 42, stepping in for Nikki Bella and partnering with Brie Bella to win the Women’s Tag Team Championships. Brie Bella and Paige are set to defend their titles against Fatal Influence at Saturday Night’s Main Event on July 18.
Former WWE star Mandy Rose confirms her wrestling career is over
Mandy Rose recently confirmed the conclusion of her wrestling career.
In an interview on Prince St. Pizza’s YouTube channel, Rose shared that her career ended after leaving WWE in 2022. She did not anticipate that her last match would mark the end of her wrestling journey.
“It was the end of my career, which is kind of like, you know, I kind of like went out on top, which I always wanted to, but I didn’t suspect that my career was ending. It was just something that happened, and it ended, but like I said, I was grateful that I had that run because it really like increased my equity in the company like 10 fold.”
Mandy Rose spent seven years with WWE after participating in the sixth season of WWE Tough Enough in 2015.
