Manhunt for 23-Year-Old Accused of Stabbing Father to Death
Authorities on Long Island are on the lookout for a 23-year-old man who allegedly stabbed his father to death in their family home. Matthew Zoll is the suspect in the murder of his father, 61-year-old Joseph Zoll, according to Suffolk County police. The motive behind the gruesome killing remains unknown.
Law enforcement responded to the Zoll family’s Rocky Point residence at 1:25 a.m. following a 911 call reporting a stabbing incident.
Matthew Zoll is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing at 6 feet 1 inch and weighing 150 pounds. He has a small scar under his left eye and is believed to not have access to a vehicle.
