Michelle Obama Opens Up About Therapy and Transitioning to the Next Phase of Life

In a recent interview on the Jay Shetty Podcast, former first lady Michelle Obama shared that she is currently in therapy to help her navigate the next phase of her life. She emphasized the importance of seeking support during times of transition, especially as she is now an empty nester with her daughters having moved on.

Despite ongoing rumors about her marriage with Barack Obama, Michelle has been vocal about the strength of their relationship. She emphasized that while marriage can be challenging, both she and Barack are committed to working through any difficulties that arise.
