New Post:
The shocking murder of 21-year-old Princesa Encarnacion-Soto in a Bronx apartment has taken a disturbing turn as investigators have arrested her mother, Naida Jorge, for her involvement in cleaning up the crime scene. Naida Jorge, 54, now faces charges of murder, manslaughter, hindering prosecution, concealment of a human corpse, and tampering with physical evidence in connection to the brutal killing of her daughter.
According to NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny, Naida Jorge attempted to clean up the crime scene where her daughter was found barely breathing, tied up, and subjected to sadistic torture before being left to die on a staircase in Fordham Heights. The investigation is still ongoing, with police actively searching for Robert Strother, the victim’s boyfriend and the prime suspect in the murder case.
The details of the crime are harrowing, with Encarnacion-Soto being tied up, stabbed from head to toe, and possibly beaten with a hammer before being dumped in the stairwell. The wounds inflicted on her were for pain rather than to kill her, indicating a prolonged and torturous ordeal she endured at the hands of her abusers.
Encarnacion-Soto had returned to the Bronx after leaving Strother and traveling to Rhode Island, only to end up living with him and his mother in a squalid apartment filled with grime and debris. Strother, who was captured on security cameras leaving the building, remains at large as investigators continue their search for him.
In a disturbing twist to the case, it was revealed that Strother had previously made a false report to the police in May, claiming that Encarnacion-Soto had been raped by a group of men on the building’s roof. This fabricated story was an attempt to divert attention from the abuse the victim was suffering inside the apartment, further complicating the already tragic circumstances of the case.
As the investigation unfolds and more details come to light, the community is left reeling from the senseless violence that claimed the life of a young woman who endured unspeakable horrors in her final moments. The pursuit of justice for Princesa Encarnacion-Soto continues as law enforcement works tirelessly to bring her perpetrators to account for their heinous actions.
