Denver International Airport experienced over 600 flight delays due to a spring storm in Colorado on Tuesday.
According to Flight Aware, there were 607 delayed and 12 canceled flights at DIA as of 4:30 p.m.
United Airlines had the highest number of delayed flights at 213, followed by Southwest with 210 delays and SkyWest with 119.
The Federal Aviation Administration reported that runway construction is causing an average delay of 63 minutes for departing flights at DIA.
Additionally, flights to Boston, New York City, Las Vegas, Philadelphia, and Newark, New Jersey are facing delays due to thunderstorms, as per FAA officials.
