Myles Garrett trade proposals: 10 teams that would make sense for Browns All-Pro
SHARE

Myles Garrett, the All-Pro defensive end for the Cleveland Browns, has recently requested a trade. Despite the Browns’ initial reluctance to move Garrett, his public request has sparked interest from potential suitors. The team’s roster deficiencies and high contracts may force them to reconsider their stance on trading Garrett.

The Browns would only consider trading Garrett if they received significant offers in return. While acquiring a starting quarterback may be unrealistic due to the limited availability, the team may be open to acquiring players on rookie contracts. Browns writer Zac Jackson is acting as the GM in this scenario and is looking for serious and substantial offers for Garrett.

One potential trade partner for the Browns is the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons could offer a 2025 first-round pick and a 2026 first-round pick in exchange for Garrett. Adding an elite edge rusher like Garrett could significantly improve the Falcons’ pass rush, which has been a weak point for the team in recent seasons.

Another potential trade partner is the Buffalo Bills, who could offer a package including multiple draft picks, DE A.J. Epenesa, and CB Kaiir Elam for Garrett. The Bills, who came close to reaching the Super Bowl last season, are in need of a consistent pass rusher, and Garrett could provide a significant boost to their defensive line.

The Chicago Bears could also be a potential trade partner, offering a 2025 first-round pick, a second-round pick, and a 2026 first-round pick for Garrett. The Bears, who are looking to compete in the next few years, could benefit from adding a dynamic pass rusher like Garrett to their defense.

Other teams that could be interested in trading for Garrett include the Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers, Indianapolis Colts, Los Angeles Chargers, New England Patriots, San Francisco 49ers, and Washington Commanders. Each team would need to offer a compelling package to entice the Browns to part ways with Garrett.

Overall, the potential trade offers for Myles Garrett are varied and could have a significant impact on both the Browns and the teams looking to acquire him. It remains to be seen if any of these offers will come to fruition, but Garrett’s request has certainly generated interest around the league.
