Trump Rally in Arizona Sparks Fear of Possible Assassination Attempt
Following a recent rally held by former President Donald Trump in Tucson, Arizona, several attendees have reported experiencing mysterious eye issues, raising concerns of a potential third assassination attempt on the controversial figure. The event, which drew over 2,000 supporters despite scorching temperatures, ended with a number of individuals seeking medical treatment for unusual symptoms.
The Trump campaign is actively investigating the situation, with reports indicating that VIP attendees seated on stage during the rally experienced eye injuries. While the Secret Service has confirmed no knowledge of any threat to Trump in Arizona, the campaign remains vigilant in ensuring the safety of its supporters at high-energy rallies across the country.
Forty-eight VIP attendees were strategically placed on stage with Trump, with one group reporting no issues while the other group on stage right experienced excruciating pain in their eyes. Mayra Rodriguez, a former Planned Parenthood director turned Trump supporter, recounted her harrowing experience of burning eyes and impaired vision, leading her to seek emergency medical care.
Additional attendees reported similar symptoms, including watery eyes, runny noses, flushed faces, and intense eye pain. Concerns have been raised about the possibility of a deliberate attack during the rally, with former Congressional candidate Kathleen Winn expressing hope that nefarious actors were not involved in the incident.
Coincidentally, Vice President Kamala Harris was also in Tucson on the same day as Trump’s rally, hosting a private event in downtown Tucson. Arizona has emerged as a crucial battleground state in the upcoming election, with both candidates vying for the state’s 11 Electoral College votes. Recent polls show a tight race between Trump and his opponent, with the former holding a slight lead in the average of all recent Arizona polls.
